Please fill out the following form to register to play with the Durham Crusaders in the 2021 / 2022 season.

  1. 2021 - 2022 Durham Crusaders Player Registration Form

This form is for registering a player with a 2021 - 2022 Durham Crusaders Hockey team.  Completing this form does not complete the registration process for your player!

You need to fill this form to reserve a spot on a team with the Durham Crusaders organization.  Registrations will be processed on a first come first served basis so register early!

We are not processing payments at this time due to the uncertainty surrounding what the 2021 / 2022 season will look like.  Once we have more information on how the ongoing Covid pandemic will impact us the fee will be calculated and everyone on the registration list will be notified.  You will have a chance to opt out of the season at this point.  Unfortunately we don't have a firm date on when we will be able to send out this information, but likely it will be some time in August.

We will post more information as it becomes available.
