Refund / Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected]
- 60 days or more prior to tournament (Before December 16th) - 100% refund less Admin Fee **
- Less than 60 days prior to tournament (After December 16th) - 0% refund
**Admin Fee of $50 applied to all refund requests

As of the 11th of December 2023, here are the number of available spots per division (C & D Level teams recommended for rep):
All games are non-contact for every division.
* 19 Oct 2023 Update: We reduced U15 LL down from 16 to 12 teams leaving 2 spots open for that division and added 4 additional spots for U13 Rep as we had an overwhelming number of teams on the wait list. Divisions with 12 teams will follow the same format as divisions with 16 teams (3 guaranteed games, semi-final for top teams in each pool + 1 wildcard team & final championship game)
