Cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected]
- 60 days or more prior to tournament (Before December 14th) - 100% refund less Admin Fee **
- Less than 60 days prior to tournament (After December 14th) - 0% refund
**Admin Fee of $100 applied to all refund requests

As of January 31st, all divisions are full but are accepting teams to the waitlist.
All games are non-contact except U15 Rep which is full contact.
