Refund / Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected]
- 60 days or more prior to tournament (Before December 13th 2025) - 100% refund less Admin Fee **
- Less than 30 days prior to tournament (January 14th 2026) - 0% refund
**Admin Fee of $100 applied to all refund requests
