Pre-Season Training Camp
The boys were busy over the summer preparing for the upcoming season. Trainer Brad worked the boys in a series of plyometric exercises with help from coach Paul and personal trainer Michelle.

Surprise guest, Paul Ranger showed up for a special meet and photo opportunity.
