Please give yourself plenty of time to arrive, get dressed and be ready to go prior to your timeslot. Your timeslot is ONLY for the actual photo taking.
 
What to wear:
 
Coaches can decide what they want their team to wear but it must be cohesive as a team
 
Those wearing gear: 
  • All members must be wearing the same colour jersey/socks
  • Full gear required including gloves & stick. NO skates or helmet needed
Those wearing formal attire options: 
  • Suit, collared shirt, pants
  • Collared shirt, pants
  • Warm up tracksuits
** All pants should be the same colour (if possible) as they will be in the photos - no PJs/trackpants
  • Teams will be given barcodes for each player/coach. Each barcode will be scanned prior to their photo then handed back to the player so parents can view the online gallery 
  • Each player will receive one 8X10 print which is a combination of player photo and team photo on the single print (see attached for example) - and can order additional prints from the online gallery
  • We will be offering sibling photos ONLY for players who are part of the Durham Crusader's association.
    • Ex: You have a child in U7 and U11, they can have their photos together 
 
  • If you are part of your team's Bench Staff and have a child on one of our teams, you can also do a "coach/child" photo
