Please fill out this to register for the Durham Crusaders 2024/2025 Rep Tryouts. Please note that both the U15 & U18 divisions are full contact. All other divisions are non-contact.

Player Contact Information

All fields are required. NOTE: address information is where the player lives as of tryouts. If you are currently not a Whitby resident but you are moving into Whitby prior to next season starting, please enter your current address and select 'Moving to Whitby' option from the How long at this address field. You also must have a Residency Transfer approved by the OMHA (send email immediately to [email protected] for further instruction). Please note that both the U15 & U18 divisions are full contact. All other divisions are non-contact.

Hockey Information

Cost is $20 per session.  Fee is to paid in cash at the door only for the sessions you attend.

All eligible goalies are welcome to attend tryouts free of charge.

All tryouts will be held at the Iroquois Park Sports Centre.

U15:
May 10th      5:45pm - 6:45pm (Friday)
May 11th      5:15pm - 6:15pm (Saturday) 
May 13th      5:00pm - 6:00pm (Monday)
May 24th      8:15pm - 9:15pm (Friday)

U13:
May 22nd      7:00pm to 8:00pm (Wednesday)
May 23rd       8:30pm to 9:30pm (Thursday)
May 24th       7:15pm to 8:15pm (Friday)

U11:
May 24th       6:15pm to 7:15pm (Friday)

All parents, players and coaching staff must agree to abide by all Durham Crusader, OMHA and City rules, regulations, codes of conduct and bylaws as outlined on their respective websites.  Parents are responsible for the transportation and purchasing of proper hockey equipment.  It is important that you are aware that while every effort is made to ensure the safety of your child that there is still an element of risk inherent in playing hockey.

Effective August 31, 2014, at least one parent or guardian of each player registered in the OMHA will be required to complete the online Respect in Sport Parent Education Program as a condition of their child’s participation:

When requested new players must provide legal documentation for proof of age requirements (Birth Certificate, Passport)
